LogMeIn Hamachi is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service that easily sets up in 10 minutes, and enables secure remote access to your home or business network, anywhere there's an Internet connection. Once you set it up you can browse other computers in your Hamachi network as if they were right on your local network.

The following steps will help you connect to the Brothers of Tech Hamachi network.

1. Download and install Hamachi.
2. To join our network enter the following information into the Create or Join Networks section in Hamachi.
3. Network: Mix-Networks
4. Password: mixnet

Ventrilo is a VoIP (Voice over IP) service that allows communication between individuals or large groups. All you need to use it is a computer with microphone and speakers, although if you have a nice headset that will give you the best experience. Follow the steps below to connect to the Brothers of Tech Ventrilo server.

1. Download Ventrilo from www.ventrilo.com.
2. Click on the User Name box and add you name.
3. Then click on the Server box and add the following information.
4. Hostname: sodium.typefrag.com
5. Port: 34202
6. Then click OK (no password needed)
7. Click the Connect button.
