Steam is now offering pre-orders of Far Cry 2! If you get it early you save $5 off the game. I've already put in my pre-order and can't wait to play!

For fans of Far Cry and Crysis this is a must have game. I personally love that it takes place in Africa, a place that isn't visited much in video games. With the new engine it's going to add a lot to the game play and the story looks pretty interesting.

You are a gun for hire, trapped in a war-torn African state, stricken with malaria and forced to make deals with corrupt warlords on both sides of the conflict in order to make this country your home. You must identify and exploit your enemies' weaknesses, neutralizing their superior numbers and firepower with surprise, subversion, cunning and of course brute
